Mike Greco did an excellent job for us. We had some issues on the seller's side (our side). Mike took these into consideration and worked with all involved in an exceptional manner. With Mike's help, we were able to sell the property within a week and got more than the asking price. I would highly recommend Mike for all of your real estate needs. There were several issues the sellers ran into and Mike was nice enough to check with his legal department. Cindy was always available. As the inspection period wound down she even helped us late one Sunday night to meet a deadline. She was honest and she listened to what we wanted and put no pressure on us in finding our home. We will use her again.

Not being local (my primary home is in New Jersey), I had previously been working with another realtor who was personable and likable, but lacking the level of expertise that I really needed in a realtor. Advise offered was useful and he was careful to avoid flavoring our own opinions of a property. Professional and on time in every scenario. Would highly recommend.
