Realtor Cindy Greco is a true professional. This is the third time Cindy helped us with buying and selling our homes. Cindy goes above and beyond the call of duty. We were in another state when we decided to list our home and it was during hurricane season. She had to take in all the patio furniture and then put it all back for showings. "Cindy was great from the start she showed my wife Charlotte and myself the house we requested promptly. Then only suggested house with the features we were looking for. when we found the house that we wanted Cindy stay in contact with the homeowners real estate agent and use throughout the negotiations. When reached an agreement Cindy stated in constant contact with our lender and assisted them from the start until closing. Cindy also helped us with the inspection (house, termite) She meet both contractor for me because I had to work. Upon the inspection she followed up with the homeowner through her agent and resolved the issues. After the closing Cindy checked in with us and assisted us on receiving and extra garage door opener and hurricane shutter cranks that the home owner forgot to leave. Cindy went above and beyond for us. Great Job"
