Personalized Professional Service I enjoyed working with Tammy, her positive attitude, compassion and problem solving was key to my sale as there were many challenges. She was very responsive, I found it very easy to reach her, when I called or text she would answer or respond within a few hours at the most. Tammy was very helpful stopping by the property when needed as well as sharing information unprompted. Since she grew up in the area she was able to provide detailed information of the surrounding areas for comps, schools districts and parks. Tammy is a 'local girl' who knows the area, who is very professional at her job and is just a wonderful person. She took her time with us, was very patient, we never felt rushed. Her communication skills were outstanding and she was always available for phone calls, texts and emails. Amazing! Ours was a very complicated 'deal' because the selling agent was very dishonest and tried to 'pull a fast one' on us by not disclosing that a 'tenant lease' was in place. Tammy helped navigate through this process and got the issues resolved, with commons sense solutions. We could not be happier and she could not have been more helpful! Where do I even begin? From the moment we met Tammy, we knew that she was not only the perfect real estate agent for us but that she is an amazing human being as well. As first time home buyers, We were very nervous, had lots of questions, and had no idea how the whole process really worked. Not only did she make it her priority to find the perfect house for us, She patiently talked us through and reassured us through the entire process. She immediately realized what we were looking for in a home and begin to send us listings for houses that might be just what we were looking for. At the same time, as we sent her dozens of listings we had found, she was knowledgeable and honest about which ones may not be the right fit. There's no way to truly explain in this recommendation all the details to how we found our perfect home but clearly it is due to Tammy and the universe working together in amazing ways. She was so supportive through the entire process and ultimately we not only found the exact home we were looking for, we gained a friend. I know that Tammy is an extremely busy woman that puts her entire heart and soul into her job yet she always made us feel like her first priority. We have already begun sending friends to her and one has already bought a home! We engaged Tammy to search for a condo in Florida. I gave her a list of ones I had identified on Zillow. We narrowed the list and put the selected ones in areas where we could view on the same day. She made the appointments and off we went from place to place. An early place caught our eye but Tammy urged us to continue the search so that the features of the one we liked could overshadow all of the other units. We negotiated an offer but sadly had to withdraw from the purchase. Through out, Tammy helped us in so many ways. We strongly recommend her
