My husband and I have needed the services of a real estate agent several times over the past 7 years. We found Cindy when we first moved to Florida 7 years ago. She worked hard to find us a home for our family with multiple pets in the course of only 1 week. Recently, Cindy helped us find our new home where we can have our horses and is the agent to sell our current home. Cindy is smart, diligent, professional and has become a personal friend. Not being local (my primary home is in New Jersey), I had previously been working with another realtor who was personable and likable, but lacking the level of expertise that I really needed in a realtor. When I decided to switch realtors, I found Cindy and that was the best move I could have made. Cindy has the local knowledge and was always very responsive to all of my needs. "Cindy Greco has been our real estate agent for two house purchases and one sale. She is generous with her time and is always well prepared. When we moved to the Bradenton area from 1500 miles away in Minnesota, she showed us over 15 houses in three days. We purchased a house we saw on day three. 5/5. My job is demanding as is that of my significant other. Michael was able to bridge that by being there for all of the inspections. Advise offered was useful and he was careful to avoid flavoring our own opinions of a property. Professional and on time in every scenario. Would highly recommend.
