Cindy was the first of many realtors that I contacted to respond and she responded quickly. She gave us detailed, bullet pointed lists of what would happen throughout our home search and home purchase and a list of everything we would need. She connected us with a lender who has done the same. Cindy is very professional and knowledgeable. She knew what to look for in the homes she showed us to see if they fit our requirements and pass inspection. We came to Cindy as first time home buyers with very minimal computer skills and really no knowledge of what to expect through the process. Both Cindy and the lender she recommended to us have been very patient, informative and excellent at communication and guidance through the entire process. Update: We closed on our beautiful new home on July 1st and we are in love with our house. The closing went very smoothly and Cindy was awesome making sure all parties were updated and everyone was in the same page. Cindy has continued to check in with us after closing to make sure all is well. She is great to work with. We couldn't have had a better realtor to be a part of such a huge milestone in our lives.
