She's truly honest: if something does not work for you she would let you know. She's a hardworking professional: Cindy was constantly looking for houses for us. We all worked very hard until we found a house that worked for us and accepted our offer, but we also had our offers rejected and became disappointed for a few moments. However, Cindy was always there to lift our spirits up and let us know she would not give up until she got us a house...and it was true. Cindy did a great job for us in the search for our new house. She was professional and efficient, and her response time was outstanding (she is up very early and on it!). She often worked extensive hours at night and on the weekend to do research to answer our questions. She is a smart person all around, has great social skills yet is concise, and knows the areas we were interested in very well. You won't do any better picking a Realtor.

FANTASTIC!! Even after six months, a dozen offers and countless showings, Mike was supportive and patient. He helped us remain objective and gave honest opinions and answers. Thanks to Mike's knowledge about FHA loans and the market, we eventually bought the perfect house for $10k less than we originally offered!!! He was there for us throughout the whole process, and we highly recommend him!

Michael was so helpful. This transaction was done long distance. Flew into town and for several days he showed us numerous properties. His knowledge of Bradenton and Sarasota was impressive. Although we had to leave and fly back to Cincinnati he was in constant contact with us. A few weeks later we found the perfect condo. He went over to see and video taped the property. Michael was honest and told us going in that the place needed some work. We put in a bid and it was accepted. Arrived several days ago and could not be happier.
