"Cindy was great from the start she showed my wife Charlotte and myself the house we requested promptly. Then only suggested house with the features we were looking for. when we found the house that we wanted Cindy stay in contact with the homeowners real estate agent and use throughout the negotiations. When reached an agreement Cindy stated in constant contact with our lender and assisted them from the start until closing. Cindy also helped us with the inspection (house, termite) She meet both contractor for me because I had to work. Upon the inspection she followed up with the homeowner through her agent and resolved the issues. After the closing Cindy checked in with us and assisted us on receiving and extra garage door opener and hurricane shutter cranks that the home owner forgot to leave. Cindy went above and beyond for us. Great Job"

Mike Greco did an excellent job for us. We had some issues on the seller's side (our side). Mike took these into consideration and worked with all involved in an exceptional manner. With Mike's help, we were able to sell the property within a week and got more than the asking price. I would highly recommend Mike for all of your real estate needs. There were several issues the sellers ran into and Mike was nice enough to check with his legal department.
