Community boasts many improvements including security cameras on the property and a laundry facility with washers and dryers. Assigned parking space is conveniently located by the front door of the building. Fully furnished down to the stocked kitchen (artwork and some personal items are excluded). Walk to our beautiful Treasure Island beach (less than a mile away) or try out all the beaches from Pass-A-Grille to Clearwater Beach and all they offer. A very short walk to Treasure Island restaurants, shopping, entertainment. A quick drive to downtown St. Petersburg for sports, museums, many more restaurants and activities.
